All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the courier’s website.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing

We appreciate your patience and will assist you in tracking delayed shipments when needed.


Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  • Check around your property

  • Contact the delivery carrier

  • Wait 24–48 hours (some carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely)
